In this workers compensation appeal, the trial court found that there were no grounds to set aside a lump sum permanent disability award under Tenn. Code Ann. Â§ 50-6-206, or Tenn. R. Civ. P. 60.02, and further found that the plaintiff had not suffered a new injury nor aggravated an old injury. The trial court denied recovery, and we affirm.
